Welcome to The Art of Life Consortium, my name is Domenic. 

 

We all have found that when we are generously sharing our ideas and experiences, we have more purpose in life and have become more successful.

My most significant success and purpose, is being a father to my triplet daughters, but still leading a top 3% organization.

What drives our company to this success was continuously leading and knowing that the people that work for me derive a deep sense of meaning from their work. 

We chose to build a company that enables all the people to do the work they're proud of and allows people to have fulfilling lives and careers. 

And one of the reasons?  They know our company exists to do more than making a profit.

Enabling all our employees to their career successes was my success: growing a company that prospers others' service. They know who they are and what the organization values. They have a powerful sense of identity.
