One of the joys of operating and running a collaborative business is when it gives me to travel. I enjoyed taking this video in Cinque Terre, Italy.

I created this Start Here page to give you resources to quickly jumpstart areas in your life and in your business.

And if this journey is similar to yours? Join our community below. It is a place for entrepreneurs, business owners, students, creatives, and people like you who want to become more successful with their lives.

Tomato Paste Leadership

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” Nelson Mandela

When I started to change my business model from a mom/pop to a real business model, Oh, how I wanted to start with the systems. But nay nay, what I found out, I needed to start with having a solid foundation and a roadmap to grow and sustain.

I had to learn to be an owner with a clear vision, and I must become a leader, not just a glorified worker, controlling everything.

I start with a series of blog posts that not only help you build a foundation but as the name of the series implies, to help you learn the Italian technique to jar tomatoes. Let Anuzziatina share her love, and I will share my passion.

WTF do jarring tomatoes have to do with leadership growth?

Click the images below to find out.

An Introduction

What do all great leaders have in common?

And what does it have to do jarring Italian Tomatoes? Let Anuzziatina from Boville Ernica Italy show you.

The Art of Hiring and Orientation and The Italian American Easter Tradition

We have been celebrating Easter for 3 generations: First over my Nonni’s home, then my mom’s, and now with my family.  Something that I have loved for the past 62 years!!!!

One of my favorite parts?  Two of Italian Easter delicacies: Zappole and Pizza Gain.

Darlene's Career Development Moment

Darlene, a young woman who worked for me, was getting ready for her career development session. You could see the excitement in her demeanor. The sparkle in her eyes, I knew she prepared herself for this meeting. I felt her energy.

Today was the day!!

This seems a little strange for an employee to be excited about a REVIEW!!!

Fiori Di Zucca Friti

Coming September

I can't tell you how many times, as an owner, I had sleepless nights. Not knowing whether or not the production crews are doing the project that I sold?

Nor how many times as the owner, I wondered if accounting would invoice the right dollars? If there was extra work done on the project and that the extra work was billed?

My grandparents came from Napoli, Italy. They brought so much to America. They didn't have money to bring with them to this country. They brought their skills, passion, hard work, family values, and, most importantly (to me, of course) the Italian dishes.

I always wondered what makes Italian food and dishes so delicious?

Come find out about connecting your departments and how to make Fiori Di Zucca Fritti.
